CA Mechano is quite what the name suggests – A mechanical typeface with amazing glitches. Pretty straight forward as long as you don’t activate the stylistic set “disorder”. You will see what happens then: a lot of fun for the typographic eye. A more consumable distraction is offered by the other stylistic set. You will discover peacefully rounded letters in the neighborhood of strictly mechanically constructed glyphs.

Download Kitsch Font Family From Zetafonts

Designed by Francesco Canovaro, Andrea Tartarelli and Maria Fantini, Kitsch is a serif font family. This typeface has thirty-two styles and was published by Zetafonts. Download Now Server 1 Download Now Server 2 Download Now Server 3 Designed by Francesco Canovaro with help from Andrea Tartarelli and Maria Chiara Fantini, Kitsch is a typeface happily living at the crossroads between classical latin and medieval gothic letterforms. But, rather than referencing historical models like the italian Rotunda or the french Bastarda scripts, Kitsch tries to renew both its inspirations, finding a contemporary vibe in the dynamic texture of the calligraphic broad-nib pen applied to the proportions of the classical roman skeleton. The resulting high contrast and spiky details make Kitsch excel in display uses, while a fine-tuned text version manages to keep at small sizes the dynamic exp...

The main goal was to create a typeface allowing for the typesetting of complex humanistic texts, containing many historical letterforms. The starting point was the preparation of most of the glyphs provided in unicode for Latin, Cyrillic and Greek. From the formal point of view, the Change family is based on Renaissance proportions with contemporary details. Classic upright version is paired with expressive and calligraphic italics, inspired by the works of Robert Granjon.  Each of the styles contains about 4,000 characters, allowing for a broad range of typesetting...
